My room was neat and brand-new with the best coffee in Rome. All facilities available plus clean sheets as described. - the venue was in a very central location just off a halal Pakistani restaurant.

We arrived around midnight. The owner was there to meet us in front of the building. We also had to leave early, before the normal breakfast time. The owner also gave us food to take away the next morning. (note - need to telephone if arriving late; best to advise owner beforehand and obtain a phone number). The location is very close to the Tiburtina Station for bus and train.
The lift is small and between floors; so there are always steps to take with the luggage.

Clean hotel, excellent and extremely friendly staff, cheap rooms. Central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the room, good and absolutely perfect location. Location next to very convenient to the metro. Also, close to the sights. A nice property, my first choice in Rome...
Not so great area.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean - like a dream come true. Breakfast was mind-blowingly good, the perfect start to my day. The location near Tibutina train station was a super alternative to the busy city center, offering a peaceful retreat. From there, I could easily reach jaw-dropping tourist attractions in minutes. The host was incredibly nice and hospitable, making me feel like a VIP. The staff went above and beyond, waiting for me despite my rescheduled transportation. Daily room cleaning was a cherry on top. After my parents had a great stay here, we decided to give it a shot, and boy, it was worth it. Though a bit far from the airport, the walking distance to Tiburtina Station made up for it - imagine the convenience! The friendly and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the incredible experience, and we can't wait to come back soon!

We needed to stay somewhere overnight before catching a flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had faced this situation before and stayed at the rather expensive airport Hilton because reviews made staying at other hotels in the airport vicinity sound both dicey and unpleasant. This time we chose Titinia because of its relatively modest price and its proximity to the Roma Tiburtina station, from which direct trains run to the airport. It turns out that trains for the airport leave Tiburtina every 15 minutes in the morning and take 46 minutes to cover the route, and if you know what you are doing the b&b is only a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff are friendly and helpful, the place is clean and fairly attractive, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. When we said we'd have to leave before breakfast, the young lady in charge got up a tray of packaged pastries and cartons of juice. So what more could you ask?
There are some drawbacks, briefly noted by other reviewers. The place is hard to find and we might never have found it if a friendly woman on the street had not called the Titina and got directions from where we were. Titinia is on the Circonvallacione, but if you cross the street to follow it you will end up lost as we did. Instead, as you come out of Tiburtina station turn right before crossing any streets and you will find yourself on a path that will take you to the Titinia, which by that route is only about 150 meters away. Breakfast? Minimal, if what we got is typical. WiFi? The directions for getting connected are complicated. Once you get on, it is good for checking news and other noninteractive sites, but it seems you can't do email, make travel reservations, or anything that requires an uplink.

We were first time travelers outside of the usa so we booked this hotel for two reasons one, it stated it was close to the train station and it is. We thought it was near where our daughter was being housed for school (within a half hour walk).
You need better directions on how to get there. It is located on a busy street and you cannot just cross it. The hotel is actually an apartment building and it is on the opposite side of the street as all of the other buildings. The picture shows a nice breakfast of croissants and fruit, what you will get is a pre packaged croissant and a juice box. We booked for closeness to our daughter, but it is not close to city center where all of the attractions of Rome are. The caretaker is not there 24 hours a day and does not speak English

It is very close to metro line b (Tiburtina) and the railway station. You need 10 min by metro to centre. The rooms were clean and quiet.
The staff did not speak english and we had a little problem with hot water in the bathroom.
